Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • 1 bacon
  • 4 zucchini- grated
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup flour

 

Cooking time
  • 50 minutes {10 minutes preparation time and 40 minutes cooking time}

 

Method
  • Preheat the oven to about180 degrees Celsius.
  • Brush a pan with oil
  • Add a non stick baking paper
  • Cook the bacon on a frying pan with medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture in to a large bowl.
  • Cook the zucchini, stir for 5 minutes until it is tender.
  • Transfer to the bowl and leave aside to cool.
  • Add the eggs, cheddar and zucchini mix. Add in the flour.
  • Season it with salt and pepper
  • Mix well
  • Pour the mixture in to the pan and bake for about half an hour till it is golden brown.
