Method to cook chicken

You have to mix 4 cups of water with 3 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir the mixture until salt and sugar dissolves. You have to put chicken breast into this mixture then cover it and refrigerate it for one hour. When chicken is ready to cook, take it out from the brine, and rinse with cold running water and use the chicken to cook using any of the popular methods.

To grill the chicken, you have to place it on the rack of the uncovered grill using medium coals. Grill the chicken for about 12-15 minutes until it loses its pink color.

To pan-fry chicken, you can put olive oil and butter or margarine in the frying pot on medium heat. Then put the chicken pieces into it and cook for 6-8 minutes till the pink color goes off.

To Stir-fry chicken breast you need to put it in the baking or frying pan. The chicken should be baked for 18-20 minutes in 400F.

To poach the whole chicken breast, you need to put two whole chicken breasts in a large skillet and then add enough water to cover it. Boil it then recue the heat. Cover the chicken and poach about 10-12 minutes. Remove the chicken and cool it slightly. Now you can shred cooked chicken using two forks or chops.
