There is something about so dreamy eyes! How you can look at these feathery eyelashes blinking your way for what seems like an eternity … there is something so fascinating about the larger eyes. if you have them big congratulations to your mom and dad for that. But otherwise have no worry because I have for you a great thing! the power of makeup is that it always gives a way to pretend, so here I show you how you can flirt and hack up your own very big, beautiful eyes.
I’ve jotted down seven easy, effective & eye-opening (literally!) Hacks, which when put together will give you a deep & intense look in the eyes
Scroll to learn how to DIY eyes that are like that to get lost in it.
Hack 1: Brighten + elevator
Each time you add light to something – or highlight – it strengthens it, actually appear larger and brightens up. Then think of your highlighter as your instant lift kit. Use an eye shadow which is a few shades lighter than your natural skin tone to achieve this effect – I’m on mac eyeshadow nylon eye ($ 16). Apply it to your eyebrows lifted instantly to a false eye, then apply on the corners inside of your eyes to create the illusion that your eyes are more elongated.
Hacking 2: Create depth
Opposite the highlight is Contouring, which means you create shadows that give the illusion of depth or pushing something. For this step, you want to take an eye shadow which is only slightly deeper than your skin tone. I use urban decay naked pallet silver ($ 54). To make your eyes have a deep-looking fold, add your shadow medium- to the full crease of your eyes with a soft eyeshadow brush and be sure to blend, blend, blend!
Hacking 3: Expand lying +
As the last step, we want to create shadow and depth. However, in this case, you add an even deeper shade to the outer plies of your eyes with a smaller firmer brush to create a broader look looking statements. You can with the shadow darker. I went a little darker than what I want to one day look with the urban decay naked pallet in Darkhorse ($ 54) because I wanted you to see the effect.
Hack 4: Attach all
Now that you have highlighted and profiled with eyeshadow tie it all together with eyeliner. The trick here is to Tightline the upper lash line (it means only to apply eyeliner inside the water line by pushing up the liner in the lash line). It will make your eyelashes look quite fuller and deeper. You can go a little thicker on the outer corner of your upper lash line to give you more of an eye almond shaped. On your lower lash line, just add a touch of eyeliner you taper to give it a more natural finish.
Hacking 5: Open
Back to our demonstration and enlightenment! This time, you’ll use a white eyeliner to line the inside of your lower waterline to open really the eyes up. This helps make the white part of the eyes look even bigger.
Hack 6: Lift Loop +
If the thought of an eyelash curler frightens you as it does me for a very long time (I will not lie, I still do not like this tool) and enter your dryer and hack this step! Anyway, just make sure to curl the eyelashes. When you bend them, they are raised and away from opening your eyes that make them appear bigger!
Hack 7: Floating up
For your mascara, opt for a lengthening formula and magic wand as L’Oreal Paris Telescopic carbon black mascara ($ 8). The trick here is to add only mascara on the eyelashes external to your lower lash line to help open your eyes more. Avoid lashes and within the community, because improved can make your eyes look smaller and heavier.
